Incorporated in 1984, B. D. Industries (Pune) Limited specializes in the manufacturing of rotationally molded plastic products.
The company manufactures plastic fuel tanks for off-road vehicles, urea tanks, fenders, hydraulic tanks, air ducts, mudguards, cabin roofs, and products for various industries like safety, healthcare, and marine.
The company operates three manufacturing facilities in Pune, Dewas, and Hoshiarpur, with a fourth under construction in Zaheerabad, Telangana, to support its diverse production and customer needs.
Products:
Plastic fuel tanks: The company manufactures plastic fuel tanks for vehicles, agricultural equipment, motorcycles, marine applications, and industrial machinery. These tanks are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, cost-effective, and customizable to various designs and vehicle configurations.
Other automotive products: The company manufactures tractor fenders, transmission covers, 2-meter barricades, cabin roofs with sunroofs, bus seats, and various products like urea tanks, battery boxes, door panels, and mudguards for enhanced durability and safety.
Pallets: The company's products are used in the F&B, pharma, e-commerce, automotive, electronics, and chemical industries for their durability, hygiene, easy-to-clean surfaces, and ability to handle sensitive and perishable goods.
As of May 31, 2025, the company had 98 employees.
