Established in 2015, Beacon Trusteeship Limited is a debenture trustee offering trustee services in various areas such as Debenture Trustee Services, Security Trustee Services, Trustee to Alternate Investment Fund (AIF), Trustee to ESOP, Securitization Trustee, Bond Trusteeship Services, Escrow Services, Safekeeping and other related services. The company provides due diligence, custodial services, compliance monitoring, documentation, disclosure, record retention, etc. The company's service list includes: Debenture trusteeship: Assisting the issuing company in the issuance of any type of debenture, including non-convertible debentures. Security trustee for Loans: Appointing an investment manager, holding trust funds for the benefit of the beneficiaries, applying for a registration certificate with SEBI, maintaining books of accounts, maintaining confidentiality in respect of the investments and other matters as per the respective agreements. Alternative Investment Funds: Making timely declarations to the investors, ensuring timely disbursements to the investors, ensuring that the investments in the trust are made in accordance with the agreement, segregation of assets, and ensuring that all transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with the agreement. Securitization and Escrow: Ensuring that transfers from the Escrow account are made only to the designated collection account or other account specified in the formal agreement. Drafting and reviewing the Escrow agreement, setting up the Escrow mechanism, documentation, and timely monitoring. As of September 30, 2023, the company had 69 employees.

The Net Issue Proceeds from the Fresh Issue will be utilized towards the following objects: Building Up Technology Infrastructure for existing business. Acquisition of Beacon RTA Services Private Limited and Making it a wholly owned subsidiary company thereon to commence the services of Depository Participant and Registrar & Share Transfer Agent. Purchase of New Office Premises. General Corporate Purpose.
