The company offers two services:

Leadership Advisory
The company Headquartered in Mumbai, the company expanded globally with subsidiaries in Singapore (2010), Dubai (EMA Partners, 2017), and Dubai (James Douglas, 2022) to access global talent.
EMA Partners India oversees the company and its subsidiaries in India, Singapore, and Dubai, specializing in C-suite and board-level hiring. James Douglas focuses on mid-to-senior-level recruitment across industries. MyRCloud is an AI-driven platform for efficient entry and middle management hiring, streamlining recruitment processes.

Objectives of IPO
The Company proposes to raise funds to accomplish the following objects:
Augmenting Leadership Team for (a) the Company and (b) its subsidiaries
Capital expenditure towards upgrading the existing IT infrastructure for (a) the Company and (b) its subsidiaries
Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full, of the borrowing availed by the Company with respect to purchase of office premises
General Corporate Purposes and unidentified inorganic acquisitions
