The company operates a proprietary AI-powered Education OTT platform offering live and recorded learning through Klassroom Konnect, serving millions of learners with over 100,000 app downloads. Fusion Klassroom Edutech Ltd aims to expand its presence through technology-driven education solutions. Objectives of IPO
The Company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards the following objects:
