Incorporated in 2017, Prizor Viztech Limited provides security and surveillance solutions with a wide range of CCTV cameras for retail, government, education, and infrastructure. In 2022, the company expanded its product line to include televisions, touch panels, and monitors, all sold under its brand name and manufactured by third parties. Additionally, the company offers video management software that provides surveillance features to customers on a single monitor and location. The company's product portfolio is divided into two main parts: Security and Surveillance Solutions, including network cameras, high-definition analogue cameras, network video recorders, and digital video recorders; and LED televisions, Monitors & Touch Panels. The company has supplied products across 17 states and 2 union territories in India, namely: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal, as well as the union territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Jammu and Kashmir. The company's workshops are accredited with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Additionally, the company holds ISO 27001:2013 certification for the 'Information Security Management System Standard,' showcasing our commitment to data security and safeguarding sensitive information. As of July 2024, the company has 29 permanent employees in various departments.

The company proposes to utilize the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards funding the following objects: Funding of capital expenditure requirements of the company towards setting up of Display Centre and Inventory Storage in Ahmedabad, Gujarat; Funding Working Capital Requirements of the company; and General corporate purposes.
